Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

Return Window:
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Condition:
Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition to be eligible for return.

Authorization:
To ensure a smooth return process, please email contact@performancemetals.com before sending any items back. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

Shipping Costs:

  • If we made an error or the item is defective, we’ll cover return shipping.

  • For all other returns, the buyer is responsible for shipping.


Refunds & Restocking

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once returned items have been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • A 15% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns.

  • Exchanges are available if stock allows. Additional charges may apply.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Installed, used, or damaged products

  • Custom-made or special-order anodes

  • Items returned after 30 days without prior authorization
